Notes: The interview will be conducted in the HR wing of The Co. of Others and Herself.

 

The interview consists of 5 questions which allow the candidates to undress their inhibitions and describe themselves with vulnerability. Less than 5 questions could yield muddled results, and more than 5 questions could become interrogative, which is to say like an interrogation. 

 

The questions posed will evaluate the candidates’ aptitude in various areas required for the position: motivation, long-term memory, physicality, nostalgia, regret, hindsight, self-development, hopes, dreams, etc.
